We all know VMTurbo, they make great solution optimisation software and my friend Eric Wright works there. Eric is a great vCommunity advocate and was one of the team that created Virtual Design Master.
As of today, they have morphed themselves to a new identity, “Turbonomic”. Where did that name come from I hear you ask?
After completing 12 continuous years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I am moving to Cincinnati, Ohio, to join RoundTower Technologies as the Chief Architect of their Emerging Technologies division.
This post describes the process for an Australian Citizen with a specialty skill-set to obtain the US E3 Visa. I applied for mine in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using my BSc(Hons) degree, Enterprise Architect experience and qualifications to meet the “specialty skill-set” requirement.
When learning something completely new, whether it be a skill or technology, there are a specific sequence of steps that I always follow. This is a technology focused post, but you can use this process for the mastery of any skill.

I have been thinking about this since 2013 when I first started my VCDX journey and it is time to put it out there and make it a reality.
